Masters in Business Administration (Corporate MBA)

Today's managers must have a capacity for analytical and conceptual thought, thorough knowledge of management theory and practice, a recognition of global imperatives, and the ability to use technology to analyze and utilize data. The Corporate MBA is designed to meet these needs.

This program is a 48 credit hour program and students can obtain the degree through distance learning in 3 years. The objective of the MBA program is to expose employees to current managerial thought, understand and use analytical and communication skills, and provide career flexibility and promo ability. OSU's MBA Program is one of only 304, and one of only three in Oklahoma accredited by the AACSB (American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business).

Masters in Business Administration (Accelerated MBA)

The MBA Program consists of 11 courses. Each course consists of 4 sessions: 3 consecutive weekends (Friday night, Saturday all day, and Sunday afternoon) plus the 4th session is the Final on a Friday night only. At the completion of these 4 sessions, a 3 credit hour course has been completed. A new option provides all coursework online.

The 11 courses may be taken consecutively or you may choose any combination of courses to take in a given semester and take any "missed" courses during another rotation. In this way, you can proceed at an accelerated pace or at a more traditional pace. Courses are offered 44 weekends out of the year. So, if you are committed to pursuing the MBA at the accelerated level, it is possible to complete the degree in 1 year!

The undergraduate degree does not have to be a Business Degree; however, you may be required to take an additional 1-4 graduate-level prerequisite classes.
