What is The University Center at Ponca City?
The University Center at Ponca City of Northern Oklahoma is a higher education learning site that brings college degree programs from other institutions to Ponca City. It is NOT a remedial institution - programs and courses delivered to the site are THE SAME as those delivered on the campus of the Providing Institution. The University Center is for ANYONE in Ponca City, Kay County, or surrounding communities.

Where is The University Center at Ponca City?
The University Center is located in the lower level of the North Tower of the ConocoPhillips Complex. Enter Gate F from South Avenue and tell the attendant you are going to the University Center. (Be sure to bring your identification.) You will be directed where to park and where to enter.

When is The University Center at Ponca City open?
University Center hours are: Monday thru Friday-8:00 am-10:00 pm, Saturday- 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Sunday-1:00 pm-5:00 pm Normal administrative office hours are weekdays, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; however, accommodations will always be made for those who need "after hours" appointments.

The classes are designed to be convenient for working adults and the University Center staff is "student oriented." We want to help you succeed.
