Elementary Education
Do you want to be an elementary
school teacher? The Elementary Education Program (K-8th grade) is provided
by Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Day and evening classes are
available but more evening classes comprise the program due to a large
number of classes being taught by Adjunct Instructors who teach Elementary
Education in area public schools during the day. Evening classes general
start at 4:00, 6:30, or 7:00.

Bachelors in
Early Childhood Education
Are you interested in teaching
young children? Northwestern Oklahoma State University delivers the Early
Childhood Education Program (PK-3rd grade) via Interactive Television (ITV)
classes and live instruction at the UC. Some classes are taught during the
day, but the majority of courses are available in the evening due to a large
number of classes that are taught by Adjunct Instructors who teach in a

Bachelors in Liberal Studies
The Bachelor of Liberal Studies
program is offered in three delivery formats: 1) Self-paced independent
study option; 2) Online independent study option; or 3) Onsite option at
Oklahoma City or Tulsa (Fall Start Only). Students pursuing the Online
Option may select an area of concentration from four areas: Humanities,
Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, or Administrative Leadership. For more
